Project Overview

This repository contains the official 3D model files released by Strutt for exterior components and accessory interface parts compatible with the ev¹ series intelligent personal mobility vehicles. Its purpose is to provide users with a safe and compliant basis for personal DIY customization and modification.

1. Scope of Use
1.1 Permitted Use

These 3D models are provided solely for personal exterior customization, accessory fabrication, and individual use in connection with Strutt ev¹ series vehicles.

1.2 Personal Fabrication Only

The models may be used in noncommercial personal fabrication scenarios, including 3D printing, CNC machining, and similar methods of personal manufacture.

1.3 Modifications and Derivative Designs

Users may modify the official open source models or create derivative DIY designs based on them for the purpose of meeting their own aesthetic or functional needs, provided that such use remains personal and fully compliant with this README and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Copyright and Use Restrictions
2.1 Ownership

All officially released 3D models are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Strutt and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and regulations.

2.2 Prohibition of Commercial Use

Without the prior written consent of Strutt, these 3D models, together with any modified, adapted, or derivative versions based on them, shall not be used for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the following:

Mass production and sale of accessories
Use in commercial services or commercial modification businesses
Sublicensing, leasing, renting, transferring, or reselling the model files
Use in advertising, promotion, marketing, or any other form of commercial communication
2.3 Application Limitation

These models are intended exclusively for use with Strutt ev¹ series vehicles. They shall not be used with products of any other brand or with any other equipment model.

3. Specification Notes

These open source 3D models are designed for compatibility with Strutt ev¹ series vehicles. Detailed dimensional data, module specific information, and interface parameters may be supplemented separately where applicable.

3.1 Maximum Load by Interface

The following values define the maximum allowable load for each Strutt ev¹ interface. In all cases, the installed load must remain within the applicable stated limit.

Footrest Interface: 5 kg
Under Seat Tie Down Interface: 3 kg
Lower Armrest Interface: 3 kg
Armrest Top Interface: 2 kg
Backrest Interface: 5 kg
Rear Rack Interface: 10 kg
4. Liability and Disclaimer
4.1 Reference Only

Strutt provides these 3D model files for reference purposes only. Strutt makes no representation, warranty, or assurance as to the quality, compatibility, performance, durability, or safety of any accessory or component fabricated, modified, processed, or installed by users based on these files.

4.2 User Responsibility

Any decision to fabricate, modify, install, or use accessories based on the open source models is made solely at the user’s own discretion and risk.

4.3 Assumption of Risk

Any personal injury, vehicle damage, property damage, economic loss, or third party claim arising from the fabrication, modification, installation, or use of self made or third party parts based on these models shall be borne entirely by the user. Strutt shall have no liability in connection with such acts or consequences.

4.4 Reservation of Rights

Strutt reserves the right to pursue legal action in respect of any noncompliant use, including unauthorized commercial use and any modification or installation that may affect vehicle safety, structural integrity, or system performance.

5. Compliance Notice
5.1 Compliance with Product Requirements

Any modification or accessory based on these models must remain within the scope permitted under the Strutt ev¹ after sales policy and must not affect the vehicle structure, operational safety, or the evSense assisted driving system.

5.2 Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Any modification, derivative design, publication, distribution, or sharing of these models must comply with this README and all applicable laws, regulations, and third party rights.
